In addition to technical excellence, you are a team player who is eager to share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the continuous growth of the organization.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nProvide advanced CFD technical expertise to customers and channel partners, ensuring timely and high-quality support.\nEngage with strategic customer accounts to understand engineering challenges and deliver simulation-based solutions throughout the sales lifecycle.\nConduct technical demonstrations, workshops, and customer training sessions on Ansys CFD products and workflows.\nScope and deliver professional services projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nCapture customer requirements, industry trends, and application needs and communicate them to product development teams.\nValidate and test new software features and releases using real-world industrial use cases.\nDevelop and share technical best practices, solution workflows, technical content, and knowledge resources while mentoring team members.\nThe Impact You Will Have\nEnable customers to solve complex engineering problems using world-class CFD technologies.\nImprove customer productivity, simulation adoption, and overall satisfaction with Ansys simulation solutions.\nSupport software growth and revenue generation through technical presales and professional services engagements.\nInfluence future product direction by translating customer needs into innovative product enhancements.\nStrengthen Synopsys' position as a trusted simulation partner across industries.\nContribute to the development of industry best practices and scalable customer success methodologies.\nHelp build technical excellence within the organization through mentoring and knowledge sharing.\nWhat You'll Need\nMinimum Qualifications\nMS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; or\nPhD in a related discipline with 1+ years of relevant experience.\nStrong background in: Aerodynamics\nAcoustics\nTurbulent flows\nConjugate heat transfer\n\nExperience using CFD simulation tools, preferably Ansys Fluent, Meshing, Discovery, and Workbench.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with fluid-structure interaction (FSI).\nKnowledge of reduced-order models and digital twin technologies.\nExperience in process integration and design optimization.\nProgramming experience with Python, C, or C++.\nPrior experience supporting engineering customers in a consulting, application engineering, or technical support environment.\nRewards and Benefits\nWe offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs.
