You are proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to take on new challenges while contributing to cutting-edge technology development.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n* Partner with cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.\n* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.\n* Track project execution against plan, proactively identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation, escalation, and resolution.\n* Communicate project status, milestones, and key risks to internal stakeholders and senior leadership with clarity and transparency.\n* Represent R&D in customer engagements, ensuring alignment on commitments, execution plans, and delivery expectations.\n* Evaluate and manage change requests and technical issues reported by customers, coordinating timely and effective responses.\n* Manage product updates triggered silicon process updates, design updates, and customer feedback\n* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams during pre-sales and post-sales activities.\n* Ensure adherence to quality management system processes and drive continuous improvement in project execution.\n* Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative,accountable, and innovative working environment.\nThe Impact You Will Have\n* Enable the successful delivery of complex engineering programs on time, within scope, and within budget.\n* Improve product quality, performance, and reliability, driving higher customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.\n* Establish and refine project management best practices that increase execution predictability and efficiency.\n* Strengthen cross-functional alignment and collaboration across engineering, business, and customer-facing teams.\n* Support the growth and evolution of the Synopsys IP and product portfolio by aligning technical execution with strategic business objectives.\n* Reinforce Synopsys’ reputation as a technology leader through excellence in delivery, innovation, and customer impact.\nWhat You’ll Need\n* A degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent practical experience.\n* 10+ years of experience in customer-facing project or program management roles within an engineering environment.\n* Strong ability to manage customer expectations and communicate complex technical topics clearly and concisely.\n* Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project preferred) and issue-tracking systems such as Jira.\n* Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.\n* Familiarity with the development process for Mixed-Signal IP, SoC, or ASIC development programs.\n* Understanding of quality management system (QMS) processes and procedures.\n* Excellent organizational,time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.\nThe Team You’ll Be a Part Of\nYou will join a dynamic and collaborative project management team focused on driving engineering execution excellence across Synopsys.
