You Are

You are an experienced engineering and project management professional with a strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality results. With 10+ years of experience, you thrive in dynamic environments, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to take on new challenges while contributing to cutting-edge technology development.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Partner with cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

* Track project execution against plan, proactively identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation, escalation, and resolution.

* Communicate project status, milestones, and key risks to internal stakeholders and senior leadership with clarity and transparency.

* Represent R&D in customer engagements, ensuring alignment on commitments, execution plans, and delivery expectations.

* Evaluate and manage change requests and technical issues reported by customers, coordinating timely and effective responses.

* Manage product updates triggered silicon process updates, design updates, and customer feedback

* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams during pre-sales and post-sales activities.

* Ensure adherence to quality management system processes and drive continuous improvement in project execution.

* Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative,accountable, and innovative working environment.

What You’ll Need

* A degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent practical experience.

* 10+ years of experience in customer-facing project or program management roles within an engineering environment.

* Strong ability to manage customer expectations and communicate complex technical topics clearly and concisely.

* Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project preferred) and issue-tracking systems such as Jira.

* Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.

* Familiarity with the development process for Mixed-Signal IP, SoC, or ASIC development programs.

* Understanding of quality management system (QMS) processes and procedures.

* Excellent organizational,time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
