You are comfortable working with engineers, project leads, and leaders as you learn from more experienced teammates.\nThis is a full-time role.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nHelp define and improve workflows that let the cybersecurity team manage projects at scale.\nGather needs from project teams, partner teams, leaders, and advisory council participants.\nTranslate those needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nCoordinate work across software development, inter-team activities, executive updates, and advisory council elements.\nKeep dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-up actions visible in Jira and Confluence.\nPrepare status updates, dashboards, and materials that leaders can use.\nSupport Agile planning, reviews, and re-prioritization when project needs change.\nSupport adoption through pilots, onboarding, guidance, and feedback from users.\nTest new platform workflows and document what works and what should change.\nLearn project operations and platform practices with guidance from more experienced teammates.\nThe Impact You Will Have:\nHelp the cybersecurity team and linked teams manage more work with a shared way of working.\nMake project status, risks, and decisions easier for leaders to see.\nReduce missed handoffs across software development, partner teams, and advisory council work.\nGive executive updates a consistent source of current information.\nHelp teams adopt the platform through clear guidance and practical feedback.\nContribute to a platform that can support a growing set of projects.\nMake visible contributions ina small team where individual follow-through matters.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAtleast4 years in project coordination, operations, program support, or a related role.\nWorking knowledge of Agile planning and delivery.\nWorking experience with Jira and Confluence for tickets, documentation, and project tracking.\nExperience creating or maintaining dashboards and status reports that leaders can use.\nAbility to organize requirements, dependencies, and decisions so others can act on them.\nClear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.\nWillingness to learn how cybersecurity projects and linked work are planned and reported.\nHelpful: experience contributing to software development.
