In this role, you will design, develop, and support Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that ensure trusted, high-quality master data across enterprise systems. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions, improve data quality, and support AI-driven automation initiatives that accelerate business efficiency and digital transformation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, enhance, and support Informatica MDM solutions.\nConfigure and maintain MDM functionalities including Match/Merge, Survivorship Rules, Hierarchies, and Data Models.\nDevelop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and integrations.\nSupport data quality management, governance, and master data initiatives.\nInvestigate and resolve MDM, integration, and data quality issues.\nDevelop and support ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, or similar technologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement effective data solutions.\nContribute to AI/GenAI-driven automation and data management initiatives.\nEnsure adherence to data governance standards, best practices, and enterprise architecture guidelines.\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and system performance.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM development and support.\nStrong understanding of Master Data Management concepts including: Match and Merge\nSurvivorship Rules\nData Modeling\nData Quality Management\n\nAdvanced SQL skills with experience in SQL Server and/or Oracle.\nProgramming experience in Java and/or Python.\nExperience with ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, or similar tools.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AI, GenAI, and automation technologies.\nKnowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.\nExperience working in large-scale enterprise environments.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based data integration and management platforms.\nKey Competencies\nStrong ownership mindset and accountability.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nQuick learner with adaptability to new technologies and business needs.\nPassion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbout the Team\nThe Enterprise Data Management team drives data quality, governance, and master data excellence across the organization.
