You will work alongside library development, characterization, CAD, and design teams to support the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of library releases.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport standard cell library build and integration flows.\nIntegrate library views and deliverables across different process corners and configurations.\nAssist with maintaining and improving build scripts and automation infrastructure.\nSupport library configuration management and release preparation.\nPerform functional, structural, and consistency checks on library deliverables.\nExecute validation flows to ensure library quality and compliance with internal requirements.\nAnalyze validation failures, investigate root causes, and support issue resolution.\nHelp ensure consistency across different library views, formats, and release configurations.\nWhat You’ll Need\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of CMOS technology and standard cell libraries.\nFamiliarity with EDA views and formats such as Liberty, LEF, GDSII, Verilog, and CDL/SPICE.\nBasic knowledge of physical verification concepts, including DRC, LVS, ERC, and EM.\nFamiliarity with EDA tools for library development or physical verification.\nScripting skills in Python, Shell/Bash, or Tcl.\nFamiliarity with Linux/Unix environments.\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\nGood written and verbal English communication skills.\nFamiliarity with AI tools and their application in engineering or automation is a plus.\nThe Impact You’ll Have\nContribute to the development and validation of standard cell libraries used in advanced semiconductor design flows.\nHelp improve the quality, consistency, and reliability of library releases.\nSupport automation initiatives that make library build and validation processes more efficient.\nGain hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools, semiconductor design methodologies, and library development workflows.\nBuild practical skills while collaborating with experienced engineers across library development, characterization, CAD, and design teams.\nAt Synopsys, we want talented people of every background to feel valued and supported to do their best work.
