You possess a deep understanding of Linux environments and are proficient with scripting languages such as bash and tcsh. You are adaptable, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and are willing to travel both domestically and internationally to support customer sites.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nInstalling Synopsys hardware at various customer sites, both domestically and internationally.\nCollaborating with hardware engineering and manufacturing teams to analyze potential hardware failures and define corrective actions.\nMaintaining accurate data on all hardware activities and providing periodic reports to management.\nWorking closely with manufacturing teams to review the production process, ensuring superior quality of Synopsys hardware.\nIntegrating boards into complete systems by preparing chassis, mounting mechanical parts on electronic boards, and wiring cabling.\nProviding technical support and guidance to customers to enhance the usability and adoption of Synopsys products.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nMinimum of 5+ years of related experience in test and validation engineering.\nProficiency in Linux environments and scripting languages such as bash and tcsh.\nExperience with hardware installation and maintenance at customer sites.\nStrong analytical skills to identify and resolve hardware issues.\nWillingness to travel both domestically and internationally.\nAt Synopsys, we want talented people of every background to feel valued and supported to do their best work.
