This is an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of this journey!!\n\nThe Functional Consultant - Dynamics CRM is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions aligned with client business requirements. This role partners with clients and internal project teams to analyze business processes, document functional requirements, and deliver scalable CRM solutions that support operational efficiency and business performance. The position acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into system capabilities while supporting requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution configuration, testing, end-user training, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement activities.\n\nMandatory Skills\n\nsales app,Customer Service,Field Service,Data Migration,Integration Testing,End User Training,Documentation,Client demos\n\nRole\n\nPerform end-to-end business requirement analysis and documentation for Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.\nConduct fit-gap analysis and align functional specifications with client business processes.\nConfigure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules based on customer requirements.\nCollaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with documented business requirements.\nSupport implementation activities across discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases.\nAssist with data migration planning, validation, and functional testing activities.\nDevelop functional design documents, test cases, process documentation, and user guides.\nFacilitate end-user training sessions and support user adoption initiatives.\nTroubleshoot functional issues and provide resolution support during and after implementations.\nParticipate in client meetings, project status discussions, and cross-functional collaboration activities.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization efforts for client environments.\nMaintain knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform capabilities and functionality.\n\nJob-related Experience\n\nExperience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional consulting, CRM implementation, or business application support environments is required.\nExperience supporting client-facing implementation projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.\n\nFlsa\n\nExempt\n\nEEO Statement\n\nWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
