This is an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of this journey!!\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Gather, analyze and document business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.\n\n- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify gaps between existing business processes and CRM capabilities.\n\n- Configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules based on client requirements.\n\n- Work on functional configuration of Sales, Customer Service and Field Service applications.\n\n- Collaborate with technical and development teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation and reconciliation.\n\n- Perform functional testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).\n\n- Prepare functional specification documents, test cases, process flows and user documentation.\n\n- Conduct client demonstrations and end-user training sessions.\n\n- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.\n\n- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions and project status updates.\n\n- Provide post-go-live support and assist with continuous system improvements.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 functional consulting.\n\n- Hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales application.\n\n- Experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service modules.\n\n- Strong understanding of CRM business processes and functional configurations.\n\n- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping and fit-gap analysis.\n\n- Knowledge of data migration, data mapping and validation activities.\n\n- Experience in integration testing and UAT.\n\n- Ability to prepare functional documentation, test scripts and user guides.\n\n- Experience conducting client demos and end-user training.\n\n- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.\n\nWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
