As an Associate Product Manager for the products and solutions in these verticals, you will have a crucial role to perform.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nGather and understand business and client requirements and translate them into clear product requirements.\nPerform Business Analysis (BA), including requirement gathering, process understanding, gap analysis, and documentation.\nWork with clients to understand their challenges, expectations, and product requirements.\nIdentify opportunities for product enhancement and improvement based on client feedback, business requirements, and market trends.\nConduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends and identify potential product opportunities.\nWork closely with the team to define user flows, wireframes, and product experiences.\nUse Figma to create, review, or modify wireframes, prototypes, and basic UI/UX designs.\nEnsure that product designs are aligned with business requirements and provide a good user experience.\nPrepare user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.\nCollaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.\nParticipate in product discussions, sprint planning, product reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.\nPrioritize product features and enhancements based on customer requirements, business impact, and feasibility.\nGather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders and incorporate relevant feedback into product improvements.\nMonitor the progress of product enhancements and coordinate with relevant teams for timely delivery.\nCommunicate product requirements, updates, and priorities effectively to stakeholders.\n\nRequirements:\nB.Tech/MBA or 1 years+ of related experience\nCandidates should have a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) throughout their academic career, including 10th, 12th, and Graduation.\n0-2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.\nGood understanding of product development and software development lifecycle.\nBasic understanding of UI/UX principles.\nFamiliarity with Figma and the ability to understand/create basic wireframes and prototypes.\nStrong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.\nGood understanding of Business Analysis concepts.\nStrong communication and client interaction skills.\nAbility to conduct market and competitor research.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nGood understanding of user-centric product development.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nGood to Have:\nExperience working with Jira or similar project management tools.\nUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nBasic knowledge of APIs, databases, and technical concepts.\nExperience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.\nExposure to SaaS or enterprise software products.\nSkills\nBusiness Analysis, Figma, Product Management,
