Business Analyst within banking, financial services, or consulting environments. \nStrong experience in Regulatory Compliance, AML, KYC, Financial Crime, Transaction Monitoring, or Regulatory Reporting initiatives. \nExperience working on data-related projects, including data analysis, data mapping, data governance, data quality, or regulatory data transformation. \nExcellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. \n Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams. \nExperience preparing business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories\nEmbraces emerging technologies, demonstrates an AI-first mindset, and proactively identifies opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve ways of working,
