As we carry out projects at the clients’ premises, in our office or offsite, you will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise.\nSynpulse is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for our Consultant Talent Panel. Successful applicants will be pre-qualified for potential project deployment or inclusion in client proposals on a day-rate basis.\nMembership of this panel is non-exclusive and does not guarantee an offer of work or create an employment relationship. Should long-term requirements arise, we may discuss term-based or permanent options by mutual agreement.\nResponsibilities\nKey aspects of the role applicable across the project delivery lifecycle include (not an exhaustive list nor are all applicable to both functional and technical roles):Analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops.\nRequirements gathering and documentation.\nInvolvement in grooming and planning sessions, highlighting potential risks to the project.\nParameterize software/systems, including business modules.\nDesign and develop code bases based on business requirements presented.\nProvide support to SIT, UAT, cutover and post go-live activities including testing, development, and package deployment.\nDocument the project into systems and processes for management review.\nClose interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.\nMore experienced candidates may have additional responsibilities including:Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission.\nManage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and through mentorship.\nConduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well formulated solutions.\nClose interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.\nParticipate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.\nRequirements\nABOUT YOU\nAt least 3 years of experience as a management consultant, or experience in business analysis and project management.\n\nStrong knowledge of one or more of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Superannuation, Retail & SME banking, Insurance, Risk and Regulatory\nStrong business analysis experience. Ability to apply proven methodologies and approaches to identify solutions to client problems.\nCreative and strategic thinking skills\nStructured problem solving, and the ability to explain results.\nDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate prioritization, and to work independently while still being a team-player.\nAbility to produce high-quality consulting deliverables (proposals, customer presentations, consulting reports).\nSupport project implementation including meeting project key milestones, timeline and proactively manage and resolve issues.\nMonitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.\nCommunicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written).\nWork well in cross-functional teams.\nRemain current on new developments in financial services industry and technical knowledge.\nConsistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.\nDemonstrates integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.\nAbility to communicate with client leaders to influence direction and manage expectations.\nAbility to work in collaborative and client-facing environments.\nExperience with the following or other similar technology solutions will be highly regarded -
