As a member of the team, you will contribute to the administration of contract acceptance and renewal, help maintain rigorous quality controls, and support the coordination of audits and budgets.\nThis junior level position is designed for a curious, well organized and detail-oriented individual with strong learning agility. Working within a fast-paced, cross-functional team, you will support your colleagues to ensure all activities are completed accurately efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMonitor email and messenger inboxes and route work to assignees\nReview documents received against checklists and compile issues found\nDistribute issues found to internal stakeholders and obtain their inputsSchedule and coordinate actions with stakeholders and handle queries\nAct as communication hub between internal and external stakeholders\nAssist with preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and documentation\nMaintain accurate records and documentation\n\nYour Experience:\nfoundational experience (0-2 years) within the financial services industry (banks, insurance, brokers)\nExperience working with contract is a plus\nYour Skills:\nAdvanced knowledge of English (both written and spoken)\nCurious, proactive and collaborative\nFlexible with a willingness to step up during peak periods\nWork quickly and accurately under pressure\nWork towards and consistently meet deadlines\nCommunicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders\nFamiliarity with workplace productivity tools (Google Works, MS 365 or similar)\nExperience with workflow/task management tools (e.g.Airtable, MS CRM 365) would be an asset\nBenefits\nWhy us:Five extra vacation days on top of regulation\nSick leave compensation 100% from day one\n3 sick days per year\nAttractive performance bonus based on project performance up to 10%\nCafeteria benefit system with a flexible allowance of 500 EUR per year for education, health benefits, shopping, travel, cultural activities, and sports options\nOvertime fully paid or compensated based on your preference\nA friendly and informal working environment\nWork-life balance with flexible working hours and the option to work from home (by agreement)\nDedicated time for individual training\nMultiSport card\nSalary range offered starts at 1800 EUR, may vary based on your seniority level, skills and experience.\nReady to go further?
