TASKS\nParticipate in the development and implementation of banking IT systems and digital solutions for banking clients\nAssist in the configuration, customization, and development of core functionalities within the Avaloq banking system under guidance of senior team members\nSupport the full software development life cycle, including analysis, requirements engineering, development, testing, and deployment\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions\nContribute to system design, technical specifications, and integration of banking applications, while supporting the modernization of the banking platform through containerization, cloud-native development, and third-party system integrations\nSupport testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues\nParticipate in deployment, release management, and post-production support\nWork closely with internal IT teams and clients, gaining exposure to real banking system environments\nDocument technical solutions, configurations, and development processes\nCollaborate with international teams and stakeholders; occasional travel may be required\nYOUR PROFILE\nEducation & Professional Experience:\nBachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field\nInitial professional experience or internship in software development, IT, or financial services is an advantage\nBasic understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) is a plus\nSkills & Competencies:\nStrong interest in IT and software development; hands-on programming experience (e.g. Java, SQL, scripting) is
