test cases.\nPerform both Manual and Automation Testing across multiple releases.\nValidate ETL pipelines, data transformations, and business rules.\nWrite and execute complex SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.\nCollaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.\nCoordinate regularly with onshore stakeholders and provide clear status updates.\nMentor team members, review deliverables, and drive continuous improvement.\nProactively identify risks, raise concerns early, and ensure timely resolution.\nParticipate in defect triage, release validation, and production support activities when required.\nRequirements\n Required Skills:8-10 years of overall IT experience.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / ETL Testing.\nStrong experience in Manual and Automation Testing.\nExcellent SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, stored procedures, and data validation scripts.\nExperience validating large datasets and complex ETL/data transformation workflows.\nHands-on experience working with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as:Apache Airflow\nDatabricks\nProfisee (Master Data Management)\n\nStrong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and testing best practices.\nExcellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\nUnderstand the business requirements and frame test strategy and test cases\nReporting status of test execution to required stakeholders in a timely manner.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Python for automation or data validation.\nExposure to Azure services and cloud-based data platforms.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nLead and mentor QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.\nWork closely with onshore counterparts and business stakeholders.\nDrive ownership, accountability, and quality across the team.\nProvide regular feedback to team members and support their professional growth.\nCommunicate risks, dependencies, and project status effectively to all
