are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in reinsurance accounting and operations. \nResponsibilities\n Key Responsibilities:With guidance and support, you will gradually take ownership of key operational processes: \nSupport the administration of ceded reinsurance programs across:Facultative\nProportional treaties\nExcess of Loss contracts\n\nAssist in managing thecredit control process, including:Monitoring outstanding premium and claims balances\nCommunicating with brokers and stakeholders\nSupporting reporting on aged debt\n\nParticipate in recurring forums such as theCredit Control Committee\nHelp maintain reinsurance data and systems:Enter contract data (Facultative and XL) into systems\nProcess and allocate transactions through theLORS platform(Lloyd’s Outward Reinsurance Scheme)Investigate and resolve unmatched or outstanding items\nPrepare statements of behalf of Ceded Ri for recurring Committee meetings\nContribute to accounting and reporting activities:Support quarterly and annual processes for proportional treaties\nPrepare data and materials for internal committees\nAssist with issuing payment instructions and reconciliations\n\nCollaborate across teams:Respond to reinsurer queries\nWork with Claims, Finance, and Operations teams\nWork with internal controls and audit functions as required\nEnsure claim movements are correctly ceded\n\nSupport continuous improvement:Help improve data accuracy and controls\nContribute ideas to enhance efficiency and processes\nAssist with maintaining procedures and user documentation \n\nRequirements\n Required Skills:This role is ideal for candidates who are early in their career and motivated to grow: \n2-3 years of experiencein insurance/reinsurance or a similar finance role\nBachelor’sdegree in finance,accounting,economics or related field\nBasic understanding ofceded reinsurance processes(preferred, not essential)\nStrong English skills (C1+)\nYour
