financial services, banking, wealth, or insurance domains.\nDeep knowledge of Cloud Native architectures (e.g., containerization, Kubernetes, service mesh, serverless) and Cloud Agnostic strategies for multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud deployments.\nStrong expertise in modern technology stacks (e.g., event-driven systems, microservices, APIs, DevSecOps).\nSolid grounding in data engineering and data architecture (e.g., data pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, streaming) and experience integrating AI/ML into production systems.\nProficiency with architectural modeling tools (e.g., C4Model, PlantUML, Structurizr, or ArchiMate).\nHands-on experience designing and deploying on-premises and hybrid infrastructure solutions in highly regulated environments.\nProven ability to architect and deliver fixed-price or outcome-based projects, balancing scope, quality, and timelines.\nExcellent communication skills-able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams.\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, with a pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset.\nNatural team player with strong leadership potential and coaching skills.\nBonus PointsStrong domain knowledge and
