We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and strategy.\nAs part of our Synpulse8 team, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative technology solutions for our clients across banking and insurance, with a particular focus on reinsurance and our Reinsurance Workbench solutions.\nYou will act as a trusted advisor to clients, combining strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise and a strong software engineering background. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures.\nYou will guide technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, contribute to the continuous evolution of our solutions, and help drive technical excellence across projects.\nThis role is open across Germany. We are looking for suitable profiles nationwide.\nThanks to our flexible working models and project-based setup, you can be based anywhere in Germany.
