Every connector is an integration between two platforms, and someone has to build it, ship it, and make it work in a customer's environment. You'll be that someone. You'll build and debug integrations between CCaaS platforms and CRMs and work directly with our international customers and partners to get them live.\n\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nBuild the integrations: \nBuild browser-based integrations in JavaScript/TypeScript using the DOM and browser APIs: iframes, postMessage, BroadcastChannel, and WebSocket.\nIntegrate REST APIs and SDKs with OAuth, asynchronous events, and real-time notifications.\nDevelop on CRM platforms such as Salesforce (Lightning, LWC, Apex, Open CTI), Dynamics 365 (Channel Integration Framework), ServiceNow (OpenFrame), and SAP.\n\nMake them work for customers: \nOwn the customer relationship on your integrations: gather requirements, explain constraints, negotiate priorities, and keep communication clear and organized.\nTroubleshoot and debug integrations across third-party systems.\nDocument technical solutions and integration requirements.\n\nRequirements: \nJavaScript and the browser. Solid JavaScript/TypeScript, DOM and browser APIs (iframe, postMessage, BroadcastChannel, and WebSocket), and React basics.\nAPI and SDK integration. REST API and SDK integration with OAuth, asynchronous events, and real-time notifications.\nCRM development. Development experience on at least one CRM platform: Salesforce (Lightning, LWC, Apex, Open CTI), Dynamics 365 (Channel Integration Framework), ServiceNow (OpenFrame), SAP, or similar.\nModern tooling. Git, npm, monorepos, and build tooling.\nFluent English. Written and spoken: our customers and partners are international.\nAutonomy with customers. You gather requirements, explain constraints, negotiate priorities, and keep communication clear and organized.\nA problem solver. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug integrations across third-party systems.\nYou document what you build. Comfortable documenting technical solutions and integration requirements.\n\nEven Better: \nCCaaS: Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, NiCE CXone, Five9, Zoom Contact Center, or Webex Contact Center.\nMultiple CRMs. ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle Service Cloud, Siebel, HubSpot, or Pega.\nCloud and CI/CD: Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipelines.\nContact centre.
