# Senior Integration Engineer

Our headless connectors embed contact center capabilities directly inside the CRMs our customers already use. Every connector is an integration between two platforms, and someone has to build it, ship it, and make it work in a customer's environment. You'll be that someone. You'll build and debug integrations between CCaaS platforms and CRMs and work directly with our international customers and partners to get them live. The core responsibilities for the job include the following: Build the integrations: Build browser-based integrations in JavaScript/TypeScript using the DOM and browser APIs: iframes, postMessage, BroadcastChannel, and WebSocket. Integrate REST APIs and SDKs with OAuth, asynchronous events, and real-time notifications. Develop on CRM platforms such as Salesforce (Lightning, LWC, Apex, Open CTI), Dynamics 365 (Channel Integration Framework), ServiceNow (OpenFrame), and SAP. Make them work for customers: Own the customer relationship on your integrations: gather requirements, explain constraints, negotiate priorities, and keep communication clear and organized.
