SynQor will be moving to Salem, NH in the first half of 2026 and this position will need to relocate to our new Manufacturing facility after completing training in Boxborough.\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma/ GED\nIPC standards and specifications desired\nExperience:\nExtensive experience with the removal and replacement of surface mount fine pitch components required\nExperience with soldering on heavy copper printed circuit boards\nSurface mount SMT and THT soldering and rework experience required\nRequired Skills:\nMust be able to read, write and speak English fluently\nBasic computer skills required\nMust be able to interpret Engineering Change Orders to perform modifications\nAbility to work extensively with a microscope\nPreferred Skills:\nFamiliarity with IPC A-610 (Workmanship), and IPC-7711 (Rework); Certification to these Standards a plus\nExperience with Metcal soldering equipment preferable\nPrevious experience within a fast-paced, hi-tech environment a plus\nSynQor is a world-class supplier of DC/DC power converters and AC/DC power conversion solutions.
