You’ll use AI tools daily, work closely with senior engineers and the CTO, and grow into someone who drives both product vision and technical execution.\nIf you’re early in your career and want to accelerate your growth, this is that opportunity.\nWhat You'll Own\nYou’ll take ownership for a core product surface based on your strengths and our evolving needs. Current areas include:\nExpert sourcing and vetting: AI pipelines for finding and qualifying top experts\n\nAI voice interviewer: autonomous interviews that extract and deliver insight\n\nClient-facing platform: client portal UI and underlying AI-powered systems\n\nAgent infrastructure: autonomous agents and pipelines powering the platform\n\nSynthesis products: transforming transcripts into actionable intelligence\n\nNew surfaces: building tools from zero as we expand\n\nRegardless of what you own, you’ll:\nBuild close relationships with users to uncover what really matters\n\nClearly document and define the right things to build, then execute rapidly\n\nShip working solutions and iterate fast\n\nDay to Day\nEngage with clients and users to understand pain points and needs\n\nTurn insights into clear requirements and product specs\n\nBuild features, workflows, and agents using AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)\n\nCollaborate with senior engineers and CTO through design/code reviews\n\nTest and debug AI agents and understand/fix failure modes\n\nKeep the team updated with clear, transparent communication\n\nAbout You\nHeavy user of AI productivity tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, etc.\n\nTechnically comfortable: you can read code, write scripts, debug problems using AI\n\nQuick to pick up new domains, stacks, and codebases\n\nClear, concise communicator-especially in written form\n\n1-3 years of experience in product, software, consulting, or early-stage companies\n\nNice to have: experience with LLM APIs, consulting/research workflows, and familiarity with React, Node, or Python.\nWhere This Goes\nWe’re building infrastructure for a market in its infancy.
