Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar betrouwbare automatiseringsoplossingen en schrijft, test en onderhoudt de bijbehorende besturingssoftware. Daarbij volg je het traject van ontwikkeling tot implementatie bij de klant. Je werkt 40 uur per week, met een activiteitenverdeling van circa 50% ontwikkeling en programmering, 30% inbedrijfstelling en implementatie bij klanten en 20% testen, nazorg en support.\nJe werkdag wisselt tussen softwareontwikkeling, in-house tests en inbedrijfstellingen op locatie. Binnen een multidisciplinair team van ongeveer 8 tot 12 engineers pak je zelfstandig taken op en werk je aan gezamenlijke projecten. Met mechatronica- en servicecollega’s integreer en optimaliseer je systemen; met projectleiders stem je voortgang en technische keuzes af. Je verdiept je vakkennis door softwaregedrag aan de machine te toetsen, storingen te analyseren en verbeteringen met collega’s uit te werken.\nWat ga je doen?Je ontwerpt en programmeert PLC-besturingen en automatiseringsoplossingen voor machines en systemen.\nJe schrijft, test en onderhoudt besturingssoftware en voert in-house tests uit.\nJe verzorgt inbedrijfstellingen en implementeert automatiseringsoplossingen bij klanten op locatie.\nJe analyseert en verhelpt technische storingen tijdens test- en uitleveringsfasen.\nJe integreert en optimaliseert systemen samen met mechatronica- en servicecollega’s.\nJe stelt technische documentatie en gebruikersinstructies op en verzorgt de overdracht aan de onderhoudsafdeling.\nJe levert incidentele nazorg, support en on-site troubleshooting na oplevering.\nWat vragen we van jou?Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting.\nJe hebt enkele jaren ervaring met PLC-programmering en het zelfstandig testen en in bedrijf stellen van machinebesturingen.\nJe beheerst een gangbaar PLC-platform, zoals Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, Rockwell / Allen-Bradley of Beckhoff TwinCAT.\nJe analyseert storingen gestructureerd en kunt de samenhang tussen software, elektrotechniek en mechanica doorgronden.\nJe communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Engels en kunt technische documentatie en gebruikersinstructies opstellen.\nJe hebt rijbewijs B en bent bereid voor inbedrijfstellingen en incidentele servicewerkzaamheden naar klantlocaties te reizen.\nWat bieden wij jou?Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week met een combinatie van ontwikkeling, inbedrijfstelling en technische nazorg.\nRuimte voor vakgerichte opleidingen en certificeringen in PLC-programmering en industriële automatisering.\nAfwisselende machinebouwprojecten waarbij je betrokken bent van softwareontwerp tot overdracht.\nGoede technische uitrusting voor softwareontwikkeling, testen en werkzaamheden op locatie.\nReiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer en zakelijke reizen.\nMogelijkheden om door te groeien naar senior automation engineer of technisch lead.\nSalarisomschrijving€3800 -
