Als Developer Smart Industry werk je aan technische oplossingen waarmee machines en processen slimmer en betrouwbaarder worden. Je combineert PLC- en SCADA-kennis met bovenliggende software: ontwerp, bouw en oplevering van systemen, inclusief de benodigde infrastructuur voor hoge beschikbaarheid. Je werkt projectmatig aan uiteenlopende cases zoals data-uitwisseling tussen batterijsystemen en windparken, receptbeheersystemen en planningstools. Je voert klantgesprekken, denkt commercieel mee en pakt projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering zelfstandig op. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega’s en coach je junior engineers zodra je daaraan toe bent. Bekende technieken waar je mee werkt zijn onder meer Ignition, Docker, virtualisatie, MQTT, Python en SQL-databases. Je krijgt vrijheid in je aanpak en ruime mogelijkheden om je technische expertise verder te ontwikkelen.

Functie-inhoud

  • Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van PLC/SCADA-oplossingen en bovenliggende applicaties voor industriële klanten.
  • Inrichten van betrouwbare, high-availability omgevingen om applicaties en data veilig en continu te hosten.
  • Realiseer projecten zoals data-uitwisseling tussen opslagsystemen en windparken, en custom recept- en planningssystemen.
  • Voer klantgesprekken, lever commercieel technisch advies en coach junior engineers wanneer je daartoe wordt ingezet.

Functie-eisen

  • Minimaal 4 jaar relevante ervaring met PLC- en SCADA-ontwikkeling in industriële omgevingen; medior of senior niveau.
  • Afgeronde opleiding in engineering, elektrotechniek of IT en goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Sterke basis in PLC/SCADA, leergierigheid, creativiteit en enthousiasme om slimme, pragmatische oplossingen te bedenken.
  • Ervaring met Python, Ignition, SQL/time-series databases, virtualisatie, Docker of MQTT is een duidelijke pré.
