Op basis van klantspecificaties ontstaan complete elektrotechnische tekeningen, kabelplannen en automatiseringsprogramma’s. Besturingskasten worden in de eigen werkplaats gebouwd en getest; daarna volgen bekabeling, I/O-tests en inbedrijfstelling bij klanten wereldwijd. Jij richt je op het ontwerpen en realiseren van PLC- en HMI-applicaties, voornamelijk met Siemens, Allen-Bradley en Schneider, en het opstellen van bedieningshandleidingen.\nJe werkdag bestaat uit programmeren, software testen in de werkplaats en afstemmen met elektrotechnische engineers, kastenbouwers en projectleiders binnen het multidisciplinaire team. Je ondersteunt de inbedrijfstelling in Nederland en daarbuiten, geeft gebruikers training en helpt klanten en inbedrijfstellers op afstand bij storingen. Als junior bouw je onder begeleiding je kennis van besturingstechniek verder uit, met ruimte om ook andere ontwikkelomgevingen te leren gebruiken.\nWat ga je doen?PLC- en HMI-applicaties ontwerpen en realiseren op basis van klantspecificaties.\nProgrammeren met Siemens, Allen-Bradley en Schneider en waar nodig andere merken toepassen.\nBedieningshandleidingen schrijven voor de ontwikkelde besturingen.\nSoftware implementeren en testen in de werkplaats, in afstemming met engineering en kastenbouw.\nI/O controleren en software op locatie in Nederland en wereldwijd in bedrijf stellen.\nGebruikers tijdens de inbedrijfstelling trainen in de bediening van de installatie.\nKlanten en inbedrijfstellers op afstand ondersteunen bij het analyseren en oplossen van storingen.\nWat vragen we van jou?Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting.\nJe hebt via je opleiding, stage of eerste werkervaring een basis in PLC-programmering en HMI-ontwikkeling.\nJe hebt basiskennis van Siemens, Allen-Bradley of Schneider en wilt je ook in andere ontwikkelomgevingen verdiepen.\nJe kunt elektrotechnische schema’s lezen en analyseert softwareproblemen en I/O-signalen systematisch.\nJe communiceert duidelijk in het Nederlands en Engels, ook bij gebruikersinstructies en ondersteuning op afstand.\nJe bent bereid naar projectlocaties in Nederland en het buitenland te reizen en beschikt over rijbewijs B.\nWat bieden wij jou?Begeleiding door ervaren technische collega’s bij programmeren, testen en inbedrijfstelling.\nRuimte voor vakgerichte opleidingen en verdieping in PLC- en HMI-platformen.\nAfwisselende projecten waarin je het traject van klantspecificatie tot werkende installatie leert kennen.\nPassende technische uitrusting en ontwikkelsoftware voor je werkzaamheden.\nReiskostenvergoeding en passende afspraken rond verblijf en werkzaamheden op projectlocaties.\nMogelijkheden om door te groeien naar zelfstandig PLC Software Engineer.\nSalarisomschrijving€2900 -
