Je helpt procesinstallaties betrouwbaar en beheersbaar te laten draaien, van pompen en kleppen tot meetinstrumentatie en regelkringen. Onder begeleiding van ervaren engineers vertaal je functionele beschrijvingen naar overzichtelijke PLC-software en bedieningsschermen. Daarbij leer je rekening te houden met procesveiligheid, storingsafhandeling en de praktische behoeften van operators.\nJe werkdag bestaat uit programmeren, testen en overleggen over de werking van een installatie. Je bespreekt signalenlijsten met hardware-engineers, controleert programmastappen met collega-software-engineers en stemt voortgang af met projectleiders binnen het multidisciplinaire team. Tijdens FAT, SAT en inbedrijfstelling zie je hoe jouw software zich in de praktijk gedraagt.
