Bij een IT-dienstverlener met een thuisbasis in Utrecht werk je als Medior Test Automation Engineer aan de kwaliteit van complexe software en automatiseringsoplossingen. Je voert opdrachten uit bij grote organisaties en bouwt geautomatiseerde tests met tools zoals Tosca, Playwright, Selenium en Robot Framework. Je analyseert systemen, schrijft testscripts en breidt bestaande frameworks uit. Daarbij draait het om betrouwbare testresultaten en een testaanpak die aansluit op de ontwikkeling van de software.

In je dagelijkse werk verbind je developers en businessvertegenwoordigers binnen Agile- en DevOps-trajecten. Je onderhoudt testautomatisering, werkt met CI/CD-tooling en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen. Naast je klantteam heb je een vakgroep van testspecialisten om kennis en ervaringen mee uit te wisselen. Een buddy, persoonlijke loopbaanbegeleiding en trainingen helpen je om je verder te verdiepen in programmeertalen, tooling en testmethodieken.

Wat ga je doen?
  • Geautomatiseerde tests ontwikkelen met Tosca, Playwright, Selenium of Robot Framework
  • Testscripts schrijven en bestaande testframeworks onderhouden en uitbreiden
  • Complexe softwaresystemen analyseren en vertalen naar gerichte tests
  • Testautomatisering laten aansluiten op CI/CD-pipelines
  • Met developers en businessvertegenwoordigers afstemmen over softwarekwaliteit
  • Testprocessen verbeteren en technische kennis delen met collega-testers
Wat vragen we van jou?
  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding
  • Minimaal 1,5 jaar werkervaring als testautomatiseerder
  • Nederlands op minimaal B2-niveau en uitstekende beheersing van het Engels
  • Bekendheid met Agile, DevOps en CI/CD-tooling
  • Vaardigheid in het schrijven van testscripts en uitbreiden van testautomatisering
  • Interesse in nieuwe technologie; kennis van Python, Java, C#, API-testtools of GenAI is een plus
