Je gebruikt je kennis van elektrotechniek en automatisering om besturingssystemen te ontwerpen, PLC-software te ontwikkelen en systemen in bedrijf te stellen. Vanuit een opdracht werk je volgens een gestandaardiseerde methodiek aan een betrouwbare besturing. Daarbij ligt de technische basis bij CODESYS of Beckhoff TwinCAT 2/3, met raakvlakken naar vision, robotica en servotechniek.\nJe werkdag bestaat uit het uitwerken van besturingsfuncties, programmeren en testen van software en het onderzoeken van verbeteringen in de machinewerking. Gedurende het hele project stem je af met directe collega’s en projectleiders binnen een multidisciplinair team. Je denkt mee over slimmere oplossingen voor opdrachtgevers en krijgt ruimte om je vakkennis met aanvullende scholing en cursussen verder uit te bouwen.\nWat ga je doen?Ontwerpen van besturingstechnische oplossingen voor machines en automatiseringssystemen.\nUitwerken van het besturingssysteem vanuit de opdracht volgens een gestandaardiseerde methodiek.\nOntwikkelen van PLC-software in CODESYS of Beckhoff TwinCAT 2/3 voor de aansturing van automatiseringssystemen.\nTesten van besturingsfuncties, analyseren van storingen en verbeteren van de software.\nIn bedrijf stellen van automatiseringssystemen en controleren van de machinewerking.\nGedurende het hele project afstemmen met collega’s en projectleiders binnen het multidisciplinaire team.\nWat vragen we van jou?Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare technische richting.\nMinimaal één jaar ervaring met automatiseringssystemen op besturingstechnisch gebied.\nGoede kennis van PLC-software, zoals CODESYS of Beckhoff TwinCAT 2/3;
