Als PLC/DCS Software Engineer vertaal je proceswensen naar technische specificaties en betrouwbare besturingssoftware. Je houdt rekening met veiligheid, continuïteit en kwaliteit van productieprocessen. Je projecten omvatten zowel de realisatie van PLC- en DCS-systemen als migraties van bestaande PLC-, HMI- en DCS-besturingen, met ontwerpstandaarden zoals ISA-88, ISA-95 en GAMP als inhoudelijk kader.\nIn de dagelijkse praktijk stem je technische keuzes af met klanten, toeleveranciers en collega’s uit verschillende disciplines. Je bewaakt de inhoudelijke samenhang en helpt het projectteam om voortgang te houden. Daarbij combineer je software-engineering met heldere communicatie over specificaties, interfaces en oplossingen. Waar nodig begeleid je junior engineers.
