Als Proces Control Engineer ICT richt je je op de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van het Manufacturing Execution System (MES) voor de productie van gistextracten. Je beheert daarnaast lokale applicaties, databases, procescomputers en interfaces. Daarmee zorg je dat productiemedewerkers kunnen rekenen op systemen die de dagelijkse procesvoering ondersteunen.\nJe dagelijkse werk combineert preventief beheer, storingsanalyse en technische wijzigingen. Je vertaalt gebruikersvragen naar systeemspecificaties, onderzoekt afwijkingen en stemt werkzaamheden af met externe dienstverleners. Dat doe je samen met productie, supply chain, technologie en de lokale ICT-coördinator. Ook ondersteun je collega’s in procesautomatisering bij systeemvraagstukken. Door beheer en verbeterprojecten te combineren, verdiep je je kennis van MES, industriële netwerken en de samenhang tussen productieprocessen en bedrijfsapplicaties.\nWat ga je doen?Beheer het MES, bewaak de systeemprestaties en voer preventief onderhoud uit.\nBeheer en ontwikkel lokale applicaties en databaseoplossingen voor de productie.\nOnderhoud procescomputers, interfaces en netwerken in afstemming met de lokale ICT-coördinator.\nVertaal gebruikerswensen naar systeemspecificaties en realiseer wijzigingen in MES en bedrijfsapplicaties.\nAnalyseer afwijkingen met root cause analysis en verhelp kleinere storingen.\nCoördineer uitbestede werkzaamheden en bewaak de uitvoering en rapportage volgens SLA-afspraken.\nOndersteun eindgebruikers als eerste escalatiepunt voor MES en bedrijfsapplicaties en als tweede escalatiepunt voor kantoor-ICT.\nWat vragen we van jou?Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in industriële automatisering, technische informatica of een vergelijkbare richting.\nErvaring met ICT-beheer in een productieomgeving en affiniteit met procesbesturing.\nKennis van MES, databases en het beheer van productiegebonden applicaties.\nInzicht in procescomputers, netwerken en interfaces tussen industriële systemen.\nVaardigheid in storingsanalyse en het vertalen van gebruikersvragen naar technische specificaties.\nJe stemt helder af met productie, technische collega’s en externe dienstverleners.\nWat bieden wij jou?Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.800 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring)\nEen fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in Zwolle.\nEen detavastconstructie als contractvorm.\nEen specialistische rol dicht bij de productie van voedingsingrediënten.\nAfwisseling tussen systeembeheer, storingsanalyse en verbeterprojecten.\nVakinhoudelijke verdieping in MES en de koppeling tussen industriële ICT en procesbesturing.\nSalarisomschrijving€3600 -
