Je vertaalt functionele specificaties naar overzichtelijke HMI-schermen, betrouwbare alarmfuncties en bruikbare procesregistratie. Daarbij verbind je SCADA-software met PLC-besturingen en zorg je dat operators machines veilig en efficiënt kunnen bedienen. Als medior pak je zelfstandig softwareonderdelen op en denk je mee over standaarden, herbruikbare componenten en onderhoudbaarheid.\nJe werkdag bestaat uit programmeren, testen en afstemmen over de werking van machines. Je bespreekt interfaces met PLC-programmeurs, onderzoekt storingen samen met commissioning engineers en stemt planning en ontwerpkeuzes af met projectleiders. Binnen het multidisciplinaire team werk je ook samen met elektrotechnische en mechanische collega's. Tijdens FAT, SAT en inbedrijfstelling toets je of de software in de praktijk goed werkt. Je krijgt ruimte om je verder te verdiepen in SCADA-architectuur, industriële communicatie en cybersecurity.\nWat ga je doen?Ontwikkelen en configureren van SCADA- en HMI-applicaties voor industriële machines.\nInrichten van alarmbeheer, trends, recepturen en gebruikersrechten.\nKoppelen van SCADA-systemen aan PLC's via onder meer OPC UA en industriële communicatieprotocollen.\nVertalen van functionele specificaties naar softwareontwerpen en herbruikbare componenten.\nUitvoeren van softwaretests en begeleiden van FAT, SAT en inbedrijfstelling.\nAnalyseren van communicatiestoringen en vastleggen van softwarewijzigingen en testresultaten.\nWat vragen we van jou?Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of technische informatica.\nJe hebt enkele jaren ervaring met SCADA- of HMI-engineering en kunt zelfstandig softwareonderdelen opleveren.\nJe hebt praktische kennis van bijvoorbeeld Siemens WinCC, Ignition of iFIX en begrijpt de koppeling met PLC's zoals Siemens S7.\nJe werkt analytisch en gestructureerd en hebt inzicht in OPC UA, industriële netwerken en het testen van besturingssoftware.\nJe communiceert goed in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel met collega's als bij technische documentatie.\nJe hebt rijbewijs B en bent bereid om voor afstemming en inbedrijfstelling naar projectlocaties te reizen.\nWat bieden wij jou?Arbeidsvoorwaarden die aansluiten bij je technische kennis en ervaring.\nRuimte voor vakgerichte opleidingen en certificeringen in SCADA, PLC-koppelingen en industriële netwerken.\nAfwisselende machinebouwprojecten met betrokkenheid van ontwerp tot inbedrijfstelling.\nGoede technische uitrusting en passende ontwikkel- en testsoftware.\nReiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer en projectbezoeken.\nMogelijkheden om door te groeien naar senior software engineer of technisch lead.\nSalarisomschrijving€2900 -
