This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring clients understand the value and capabilities of our products and services.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and business challenges.\nDesign and present technical solutions tailored to customer needs.\nDeliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (PoCs).\nRespond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with accurate and compelling solutions.\nCollaborate with Delivery, Product, and Technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.\nProvide technical support during customer meetings, workshops, and proposal discussions.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.\nIdentify potential risks, technical gaps, and implementation considerations early in the sales process.\nSupport pricing discussions and scope definition when needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.\n 3-7+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.\nStrong understanding of enterprise technology solutions (Cloud, ERP, CRM, Infrastructure, SaaS, etc.).\nExcellent presentation and customer-facing communication skills.\nExperience preparing technical proposals and participating in bid processes.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with Sales and Delivery teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise software companies.\nKnowledge of SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or similar ecosystems.\nFamiliarity with solution architecture and implementation methodologies.\nCertifications in relevant technologies or cloud platforms.\nWhy Syntax?\nBecome a part of our success story and work in a company with exciting innovation projects that are causing a stir across the industry.
