This is a delivery-focused role that blends management and coordination of all activities related to security product management support and vendor/partner management, ensuring our security services are delivered effectively, and our vendor ecosystem is managed proactively.\nAbout the Security Services Delivery Excellence Team\nThis role sits within the Security Services Delivery Excellence team, whose purpose is Elevating Security Delivery to a Standard of Excellence - enabling every other department to focus on its core purpose.\nThe team's principle is to Orchestrate, Not Operate: it focuses on how security services are delivered, not on what is engineered or operated. It defines the frameworks, standards, and metrics that empower Engineering and Operations to deliver consistently and efficiently. In practice, the team:\nUnify the Service Experience - ensure that all security services, regardless of technical domain, follow a consistent delivery approach that enhances quality, transparency, and customer confidence.\n\nBridge Strategic and Operational Layers - connect the CISO's Engineering, Operations, and Governance towers through shared processes, common metrics, and maturity initiatives.\n\nInstitutionalize Service Excellence - establish a global framework for measuring quality, SLA performance, and customer satisfaction (KPI/KRI/NPS) without dictating technical execution.\n\nStrengthen Readiness and Handoffs - coordinate readiness reviews, onboarding, and pre-launch validation to ensure services are operationally fit before handover to Operations.\n\nAccelerate Continuous Improvement - lead cross-functional improvement programs based on service performance data and post-implementation insight, feeding lessons learned back into Engineering and Operations.\n\nEnable Sustainable Growth - develop tools, dashboards, and delivery methodologies that scale globally, supporting rather than duplicating existing engineering or operational responsibilities.\n\nChampion Collaboration and Clarity - serve as the single point of coordination for security service delivery excellence, ensuring alignment and clear ownership across all security towers.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Management Support\nAssist with product management activities for the security portfolio, supporting roadmap tracking, service definition updates, and coordination of product-related initiatives.\n\nAct as a link between project delivery and product management, feeding delivery insights and vendor/customer input back into portfolio and service planning.\n\nSupport the preparation of product and portfolio materials such as roadmaps, release notes, and service documentation as needed.\n\nPartner with the wider company including Infrastructure, Cloud, and Service Management or Customer Success Management to ensure successful outcomes.\n\nVendor & Partner Relationship Management\nManage relationships with security vendors and partners at an operational and tactical level, including regular cadence calls, issue escalation, and performance tracking.\n\nCoordinate vendor deliverables, renewals, onboarding, and service reviews in support of security portfolio and project delivery.\n\nAct as the day-to-day point of contact for vendors on operational matters, escalating strategic or commercial issues to the appropriate owners.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrated experience (3+ years) Experience managing vendor or third-party relationships at an operational level, including performance tracking and issue resolution.\n\nProven experience of working with security products and services\n\nAbility to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive outcomes with clarity, structure, and consistency.\n\nExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent activities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting or working closely with a product management function, such as roadmap tracking, service/product definition, or portfolio reporting.\n\nExperience managing initiatives involving one or more of the following technologies: Splunk Enterprise & Enterprise Security, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Qualys, or CyberArk.\n\nAdditional mandatory requirements:\nNationality or Work Authorization: Spanish or Portuguese nationality, or alternatively a permanent work permit/VISA for Spain or Portugal.\nLanguage Proficiency: Advanced level of Spanish and English (both written and spoken).\nWhy Syntax?\nBecome a part of our success story and work in a company with exciting innovation projects that are causing a stir across the industry.
