As a Solution Architect SAP FI, you will advise our clients on the analysis, harmonization, and further development of core financial processes and play a key role in transformation and implementation projects. In doing so, you combine a deep understanding of finance processes with SAP expertise and work closely with business units, IT teams, and project stakeholders.\nYour Responsibilities\nAdvising our clients on the design and optimization of end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Perform, Treasury, Group Reporting) in the SAP environment\nAnalyzing existing finance process landscapes and identifying opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation\nDesigning, documenting, and further developing standard processes based on SAP best practices (S/4HANA Finance)\nSupporting the design of global process and system landscapes (e.g., Central Finance, shared-service models, intercompany processes)\nCoordinating between business units, IT, and project teams in implementation, rollout, and transformation projects\nEnsuring process governance, documentation, and compliance with defined standards\nActively participating in S/4HANA transformations (Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transition)\nContribute to testing concepts, cutover planning, and hypercare phases, as well as training and change management activities\nWork closely with solution architects, application consultants, and finance stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process integration\nYour Profile\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification\nSeveral years of experience (approx. 10+ years) in SAP Finance process consulting (e.g., FI, CO, TRM, Group Reporting, PS, PSM)\nIn-depth understanding of core financial processes and corporate management (Accounting, Controlling, Consolidation, Treasury, Reporting)\nExperience in S/4HANA Finance implementations or transition projects\nKnowledge of modern SAP technologies and platforms such as SAP BTP, Fiori, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Central Finance\nExperience in process modeling and working with tools such as Signavio, ARIS, or BPMN\nStrong communication and facilitation skills, as well as a confident demeanor when interacting with business units and management\nExcellent written and spoken German and English skills\nWhy Syntax?\nBecome a part of our success story and work in a company with exciting innovation projects that are causing a stir across the industry.
