Success in this role depends on a proactive, target-driven approach, strong relationship-building skills and a growing command of Syntech's product range. The Junior VAR Account Manager works closely with Brand/Product Managers, Internal Sales and the wider sales team to turn brand plans into sales results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams is required, and experience with Fincon and CRM/reporting tools is an advantage.
