We design, manufacture, and deliver innovative cartoners, sleevers, and handling equipment worldwide, supported by our trusted global partners and dedicated service.\nBecome part of our team and apply now!\n Key Responsibilities\nWithin area of operation, the Account Payable will;\nProcessing of all invoices through APM\nEnsure all purchase order invoices have been verified so that all goods and services have been received\nCommunicate with all non-finance staff regarding any discrepancies and resolve on a timely basis\nObtain credit notes for incorrect invoices where necessary\nEnsure all invoices have adequate approval prior to payment\nControl of inter-company payables and settlements\nMonthly management of intercompany reconciliations\nFulfil the processer role on SAP concur to ensure all employee expenses are processed onto their vendor accounts within ERP\nEnsure all vendor master data is correct\nMonthly review and processing of GRIR\nEnsure all recharges are sent to credit control\nAnnual review of vendor master data\nSupport annual finance audit\nProcessing of all outgoing and supplier related cash\nCreating & processing supplier payments (domestic & international)\nProcessing of accounts payable cashbook\nGeneral ledger journal\nMonthly bank reconciliation\nAd hoc reporting\n Accounting knowledge or Certificate in Accounting\nThe job holder will hold the following knowledge and skills\nAccounting technical competence\nAbility to process data within deadlines & priorities\nAbility to analyse and prepare data reports within deadlines & priorities\nKnowledge working in ERP Environments\nMicrosoft Office knowledge\nStrong communication and time management skills\nFlexible, team player\nCustomer service excellence\n Competitive salary\n25 days holiday per year + public holidays increasing to 28 after 5 years’ service\nChristmas shutdown period\nSimply Health Medical Cashback plan\nPension Scheme with Aviva;
