We have ambitious growth plans, and we are keen for you to join us on the journey.\nThe Role\nWe are hiring a FDE to help customers successfully deploy, validate, and scale their use of the Synthesized platform.\nThis role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Delivery. You'll be responsible for helping customers implement our products, troubleshooting technical challenges, leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoVs), and ensuring our releases are validated against real-world customer environments before they reach production.\nYou'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to bridge the gap between what we build, what we sell, and what our customers need to succeed.\nThis is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership and visibility across the business.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nCustomer Delivery & Technical Support\nAct as a trusted technical partner during onboarding, implementation, and adoption\n\nTroubleshoot customer issues and own technical resolution from investigation through to completion\n\nWork directly with customers to understand technical requirements and deployment challenges\n\nImprove customer outcomes by reducing time to value and accelerating successful implementations\n\nProof of Concepts & Proof of Value\nLead technical PoCs and PoVs from setup through successful completion\n\nConfigure environments, datasets, and workflows to demonstrate product value\n\nPartner with Solutions and Sales teams to support deal progression\n\nEnsure technical success criteria are clearly defined and achieved\n\nQA & Release Validation\nBuild and maintain representative customer environments\n\nValidate releases against real-world customer use cases before deployment\n\nIdentify issues early and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams\n\nImprove confidence and quality in the release process\n\nInternal Enablement & Process Improvement\nCapture customer feedback and product insights for Product and Engineering teams\n\nHelp create scalable implementation, support, and validation processes\n\nContribute to technical documentation, playbooks, and knowledge sharing\n\nSupport the evolution of our post-sales function as the business grows\n\nAbout You\nExperience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation Engineering, Support Engineering, or similar\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n\nComfortable working directly with enterprise customers\n\nExperience supporting software deployments, integrations, or technical implementations\n\nAble to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nComfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes\n\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail\n\nNice To Have\nExperience within Software Engineering, QA, Test Automation, or Test Data Management\n\nExperience supporting enterprise software products\n\nExposure to regulated industries such as Financial Services\n\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure and modern software delivery practices\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin your first 6-12 months you will:\nBecome the primary owner of technical post-sales execution for smaller customer engagements\n\nLead PoCs and PoVs independently\n\nReduce Product and Engineering interruptions caused by customer support and deployment issues\n\nEstablish repeatable release validation processes using representative customer environments\n\nImprove customer implementation success and deployment quality\n\nHelp build the foundations of a scalable post-sales function\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary & meaningful equity\n\n25 days annual leave + celebration days + your birthday off\n\nWork From Anywhere - up to 1 month per year\n\nHybrid working - a mix of home and our London offices\n\nLearning & development budget\n\nPrivate medical, dental & vision cover\n\nRegular team socials & offsites\n\nA collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team\n\nGenerous family leave policies\n\nEqual Opportunities\nWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace at Synthesized.
