You’ll work across Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, observability, security, and developer infrastructure. You’ll also work directly with engineering teams and enterprise customer infrastructure teams, so strong communication is just as important as technical depth.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and operate production Kubernetes infrastructure \nOwn AWS infrastructure across multiple environments and customer deployments\nBuild reliable CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments, rollbacks, and environment provisioning\nImprove observability, reliability, scalability, and security across the platform\nDebug production issues across Kubernetes, networking, databases, and applications\nBuild tooling that helps engineers ship faster with less infrastructure overhead\nWork directly with customer infrastructure and security teams on enterprise deployments\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong hands-on Kubernetes experience in production is required\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills are required\n3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or a similar role\nStrong AWS experience\nStrong understanding of Docker, Linux, networking, DNS, HTTP/TLS, and cloud security\nExperience with Terraform, AWS CDK, or other infrastructure-as-code tooling\nExperience building and operating CI/CD pipelines\nExperience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and production incident debugging\nAbility to independently own infrastructure problems end-to-end\nNice to Have\nExperience with EKS, Helm, Argo CD, or similar tooling\nExperience deploying applications into customer-controlled cloud environments\nExperience with enterprise security or compliance requirements\nExperience operating real-time, voice, or AI workloads\nWe’re looking for builders who are comfortable moving quickly, communicating clearly, and taking full ownership of the systems they operate.\nWhy This Role Matters\nAt Synthio, we build software that directly supports patients, physicians, and pharma teams.
