You will work directly with leading pharmaceutical companies to understand complex workflows, design AI-powered solutions, prototype them with customers, and help take them into production. You will sit at the intersection of customers, engineering, product, and AI.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWork directly with pharma customers to understand workflows, technical environments, data, and business requirements.\nTranslate ambiguous customer problems into clear technical architectures and implementation plans.\nDesign solutions using Synthio's AI products, APIs, data infrastructure, and integrations.\nBuild prototypes, integrations, scripts, data workflows, and lightweight applications when needed.\nLead technical discovery, architecture discussions, demos, pilots, and implementation workshops.\nWork with customer engineering, security, infrastructure, data, and business teams to move deployments forward.\nDebug integration and deployment issues across APIs, data, cloud infrastructure, authentication, and AI behavior.\nBring recurring customer needs back to product and engineering to improve reusable platform capabilities\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of experience across software engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles.\nPrior hands-on software engineering experience with strong Python and API fundamentals.\nComfort working with LLMs and modern AI application architectures.\nExperience integrating enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.\nExceptional customer communication and the ability to build credibility with engineers and executives.\nAbility to turn loosely defined requirements into concrete technical decisions.\nStrong product judgment and high ownership in fast-moving enterprise environments\nStrong Plus\nExperience deploying developer-facing or enterprise AI products.\nPharma, healthcare, or life sciences experience.\nExperience with enterprise security, SSO, cloud architecture, or regulated deployments.\nExperience with voice AI or conversational applications\nWhy This Role Matters\nAt Synthio, we build software that directly supports patients, physicians, and pharma teams.
