reasoning and solution approaches.\nReview and validate code contributions for accuracy and quality.\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong software engineering experience in at least one relevant language, such as Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.\nExperience building scalable services and APIs.\nStrong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and core computer science concepts.\nProficiency in debugging, automated testing, and performance optimization.\nExperience with code review, bug fixing, and feature implementation.\nClear technical communication and problem-solving skills.\nAn open-source contribution history and a profile showcasing your work, preferably on GitHub, or willingness to complete a HackerRank assessment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience refactoring large codebases and modernizing legacy systems.\nProven ability to resolve complex bugs and system bottlenecks.\nExperience delivering high-impact features in cross-functional projects.\nStrong technical documentation skills.\nInterest in AI and its technical challenges.\nCompensation\n$50–$100 per hour.\nApproximately 15 hours per task run.\n100 openings
