Sinds 4 jaar is de site in Middelburg onderdeel van Synthomer. Het hoofdkantoor van Synthomer staat in Londen en wereldwijd werken we met circa 4.000 collega’s. Voor Synthomer Middelburg zijn 240 medewerkers werkzaam, waarvan 30 op ons kantoor in Rotterdam.\nOver de rol\nDe HR & Payroll administrator is werkzaam in Middelburg. De functie heeft als doel het nauwkeurig beheren van personeels-, aanwezigheids- en salarisadministratie en bijbehorende administratieve HR-werkzaamheden voor onze locaties in Middelburg, Rotterdam en België.\nHet voorbereiden van de salarisadministratie maakt een belangrijk onderdeel uit van de functie.\nAndere belangrijke taken zijn:\nBeheer van systemen zoals HR Workday en tijdregistratie\nOndersteunen van de HR-afdeling bij administratieve werkzaamheden zoals verzuim en het opstellen van arbeidscontracten en brieven\nAdministratieve verwerking van indiensttreding, wijzigingen en uitdiensttreding\nBehandelen van vragen van collega’s\nOver jou\nJe bent een servicegerichte professional met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden\nJe vindt het belangrijk om collega's goed te ondersteunen en handelt altijd zorgvuldig en integer.\nDaarnaast werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
