This position will also play a key role in Syntiant Edge AI product portfolio supporting sensor needs for physical AI solutions.\nRequirements\nSpecific Duties and Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary technical resource for customers and sales teams, providing support for product evaluations, integrations, troubleshooting, and technical escalations.\nPartner with Product Management and R&D to help define the sensor product roadmap, conduct competitive analysis, and represent customer and market requirements.\nLead the development of product demonstrations, application notes, reference designs, and other technical content that supports customer success and product adoption.\nOwn and maintain customer-facing technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency.\nLead and develop a globally distributed Applications Engineering team, driving technical excellence, collaboration, performance, and career growth.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure customer feedback influences product strategy and development.\nTravel up to 25% domestically and internationally to support customers, partners, and business objectives.\nQualifications, Education, and Experience Required:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, advanced degree preferred.\n8-10 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor/sensors field.\n2-3 years of supervisory experience with demonstrated skills in performance management, decision making, conflict resolution and inspiring others. \nProven track record bringing products to mass production with high volume consumer electronics devices.\nExcellent technical domain knowledge. The starting base pay for this role is targeted to be between $175,000 - $200,000. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to previous experience and skills acquired prior to joining Syntiant, cost of living in the assigned work location, assigned schedule, and salaries of similarly situated peers at the company.
