Further, you will play an important role in supporting complex failure analyses to ensure smooth ramp-ups and high-volume production.\nRequirements\nSpecific Duties and Responsibilities:\nDesign, Implement & Verify DSP algorithms, interface and protocols for audio processing on ASIC.\nImplementation and verification of digital control logic to support MEMS microphones.\nDesign validation and performance testing.\nSpecification and documentation of blocks and systems.\n Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required:\nAdvanced degree in electronics engineering.\nA proven track record of 10+ years in developing digital blocks/systems for high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits in consumer or industrial R&D.\nFundamental understanding of Digital Signal Processing concepts (Z-Transform, Frequency response, SNR, THD, etc.)\nArchitect & Implement Digital Signal Processing algorithms (Filters, Decimators, MATLAB Simulink, etc.)\nRTL implementation of Digital Signal Processing algorithms, using Verilog or System Verilog.\nImplementation of RTL test benches and digital verification methods.\nDeep understanding of analog and mixed-signal blocks (op-amps, LDOs, ADCs, DACs, etc.)\nProgramming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, or Perl)\nTask centered, self-driven, persistent, and team oriented.\nExperience with Audio signal processing (Beam forming, Echo Cancellers, Adaptive Filters, etc.) is a plus.\nExperience with Algorithms for energy management, speech and audio processing, including noise cancellation, acoustic echo cancellation, signal enhancement, and microphone and speaker arrays is a plus.\nBenefits\nAbout Syntiant:\nFounded in 2017 and headquartered in Irvine, Calif., Syntiant Corp. is a leader in delivering hardware and software solutions for edge AI deployment.
