From 5G solutions to robotics, AI/ML, safety, and reliability, we collaborate with our customers to ensure products meet market requirements and stringent quality standards.\nAs a Key Sales/Business Development individual, your primary responsibilities will include expanding existing accounts in Canada and the US, developing new customer engagements, and aligning with Syntronic's core capability offerings in different technology market areas.\nWhat you will do\nManage and grow existing customer accounts in Canada and the US.\nProactively research and develop new business, engaging new customers in relevant market areas.\nGenerate interest in Syntronic in North America and initiate new customer engagements.\nSell and present Syntronic capabilities and value-add to customers.\nCollaborate with internal engineering teams to support customer requests and develop compelling proposals.\nDevelop and present clear and effective written proposals and quotations to customers.\nCultivate long-term relationships with strategic customers.\nOrganize client meetings, ensuring a thorough understanding of clients' objectives, problems, and needs.\nExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.\nCoordinate with internal engineering teams and business development to provide customer support and respond to requests.\nParticipate in trade shows and conventions to help determine market/customer needs.\nField inbound calls and/or leads.\nTravel as needed.\nWhat you'll need to get the job done\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education.\n5+ years of relevant sales experience.\nExperience selling software or hardware engineering services in Telecom, Automotive, Industrial, Consumer, MedTech, Connected Devices, IoT, or similar areas.\nExperience in different business engagement models is a plus.\nBackground and knowledge of design services and sales of engineering services is a plus.\nProven track record of engaging new customers and growing existing customers in a high-paced environment.\nResourceful with an aptitude for problem-solving.\nResults-oriented, able to work independently and within a team environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
