materials, equipment, and finished products.\nSupport compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, GMP, or other applicable requirements.\nQuality Control\nAnalyze quality data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nInvestigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and internal quality issues.\nContinuous Improvement\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and quality initiatives.\nRecommend solutions to improve product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nTraining & Support\nProvide guidance and training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.\nPromote a quality-focused culture throughout the organization.\nReporting & Documentation\nMaintain accurate records of inspections, and quality activities.\nPresent quality performance data to management and stakeholders.\nWhat you'll need to get the job done\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, Business, or a related field.\nEquivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\nExperience\nIPC-A 610 certification\n2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, engineering, or related field.\nExperience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements.\nTechnical Skills\nKnowledge of quality tools.\nExperience conducting audits and inspections.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving
