# Quality Inspector

The Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and services meet IPC-A 610 quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports quality management systems, conducts inspections and audits, investigates quality issues, implements corrective actions, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence. What you'll do Quality Assurance & Compliance MUST BE well versed with IPC-A 610 standard (with valid certification) and at least 2 years experience. Monitor and evaluate products, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. Perform inspections, and quality assessments of materials, equipment, and finished products. Support compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, GMP, or other applicable requirements. Quality Control Analyze quality data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and internal quality issues. Continuous Improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and quality initiatives. Recommend solution
