\n・顧客業務のヒアリング、現行業務フローの整理・可視化\n・要件定義、Fit&Gap分析、標準機能で対応するか／アドオンで作るかの判断 \n・基本設計\n・詳細設計 \n・アドオン開発（ABAP / Apex / 各種カスタマイズ）、ベンダーコントロール \n・テスト計画・実施、データ移行、ユーザートレーニング \n・本番稼働後の定着支援、追加要望への対応 \n＜対象製品＞ \n・SAP（ECC \nERP、特にSAP領域では、開発だけを担う人材と、導入そのものを支援できる人材とで市場での評価が大きく異なります。当社の案件構成であれば、後者に必要な経験を積めます。\n3．複数製品に触れられる可能性 \nSAP、Salesforce、GRANDITなど複数の製品案件があるため、1製品に閉じないキャリアも選べます。逆に、特定製品を深めたい方はその方向でアサインを検討します。\n4．待遇 \nERP人材の市場価値は高く、当社もそれを前提とした水準を用意しています（想定年収500万〜1,200万円）。ご経験に応じて上限付近からのご提示も可能です。\n募集要件\n必須要件 ・ERP導入または開発の実務経験 3年以上（担当工程は問いません） ※SAP / Salesforce / GRANDIT / その他ERPパッケージ、いずれでも構いません。
