Syone is looking for a Test Analyst to join our team in Porto, contributing to test design, execution, and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of business-critical applications. What you would do: Design, develop, and maintain test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications; Execute manual tests, analyze results, and identify potential issues; Plan, prioritize, and report test activities, supporting Go / No-Go decisions; Register, track, and manage defects and anomalies in ALM Octane; Identify risks related to quality and timelines and support their resolution; Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project standards; Communicate progress and results, contributing to test documentation and reports; Ensure adherence to internal procedures, standards, and service culture values. What you need to bring: Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing; Solid knowledge of test methodologies and terminology (ISTQB); Experience in test planning, execution, and reporting; Knowledge of SQL and API testing; Experience with test management and defect tracking to
