strategy, architecture standards, and best practices for modern data platforms.\nArchitect and implement Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions using Microsoft Fabric.\nDesign and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines.\nDevelop scalable data models and semantic models to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.\nIntegrate data from various sources, including cloud, on-premises, SaaS, and third-party applications.\nDesign data governance, security, compliance, and data quality frameworks.\nLead migration initiatives from legacy platforms such as SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, and traditional data warehouses to Microsoft Fabric.\nArchitect real-time analytics and streaming solutions.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, BI developers, and enterprise architects to define solution roadmaps.\nEstablish performance optimization, monitoring, and operational excellence standards.\nProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture governance.\nRequired Skills\n10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Analytics platforms.\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including:OneLake\nData Factory\nLakehouse\nData Warehouse\nData Engineering\nReal-Time Analytics\nPower BI\nData Activator\n\nExtensive experience with Azure cloud services, including:Azure Data Factory\nAzure Synapse Analytics\nAzure Data Lake Storage\nAzure SQL\nAzure Event Hub\nAzure Functions\n\nStrong expertise in:Data Modeling\nData Warehousing\nETL/ELT Architecture\nLakehouse Architecture\nMedallion Architecture\n\nAdvanced SQL and Python programming skills.\nExperience with Spark, PySpark, and distributed data processing frameworks.\nStrong understanding of data governance, security, lineage, and compliance.\nExperience designing scalable enterprise data platforms.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience migrating workloads from Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake, or traditional data warehouses to Microsoft Fabric.\nKnowledge of AI/ML integration within Microsoft Fabric ecosystems.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.\nExperience with data cataloguing, master data management, and data quality frameworks.\nFamiliarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance
