collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products and analytics solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nMicrosoft Fabric Platform Leadership\nLead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric.\nArchitect and develop end-to-end data solutions utilizing Fabric Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Real-Time Analytics, and OneLake.\nEstablish Fabric architecture standards, data engineering best practices, and governance frameworks.\nDrive enterprise adoption of Microsoft Fabric capabilities and roadmap initiatives.\nAzure Data Engineering\nDesign and implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric Data Factory, and Azure-native services.\nDevelop ELT/ETL processes for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.\nBuild and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows.\nIntegrate data from multiple enterprise systems, cloud applications, APIs, and databases.\nData Architecture & Modeling\nDesign and maintain Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold), and enterprise data warehouse solutions.\nCreate dimensional models, star schemas, and data marts to support reporting and analytics.\nDevelop data models optimized for Power BI and self-service analytics.\nData Storage & Analytics\nImplement and manage:Microsoft OneLake\nAzure Data Lake Storage Gen2\nFabric Lakehouse\nFabric Data Warehouse\nAzure Synapse Analytics\n\nOptimize storage, query performance, and data lifecycle management.\nData Governance & Security\nImplement data governance, lineage, cataloging, and metadata management.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements.\nConfigure role-based access controls (RBAC), data masking, and security standards.\nSupport data quality and master data management initiatives.\nPerformance Optimization\nMonitor and optimize Fabric workloads and Azure data services.\nImprove query performance, pipeline execution times, and storage efficiency.\nTroubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.\nEstablish monitoring, alerting, and operational support processes.\nLeadership & Stakeholder Management\nLead and mentor data engineers and technical teams.\nCollaborate with architects, business analysts, data scientists, and BI teams.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nDrive project planning, estimation, and technical delivery.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Engineering, or related field.\nExperience\n5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics.\n2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.\nStrong experience designing enterprise-scale Azure Data platforms.\nExperience leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization projects.\nProven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex data
